Serving Suggestions

Quiches

Keep refrigerated.

Slice your quiche first into the desired amount of servings.  It’s much easier before it’s warmed and it will warm faster if it’s cut.

Warm in 350 oven, directly on the cardboard cake round.

Heat for 15-20 minutes and serve immediately. They cool down very quickly so warm just prior to service.

Quiches do freeze well. Defrost in the refrigerator the night prior to service and warm as instructed.

Frosted Buttercream Cakes (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, lemon, espresso & funfetti)

8” – serves up to 10 people

10” – serves up 12-20 people

If you pick up your cake the same day of service, it can be kept at room temperature, in a cool spot in your kitchen.

These cakes taste best if they’re served at room temperature, allowing the buttercream time to soften.

Refrigerate the cake over night if you’ll be serving it the next day or two and allow ample time for it to come to room temperature before slicing and serving.

Frosted Cream Cheese Cakes (coconut, carrot, red velvet)

8” – serves up to 10 people

10” – serves up to 12-20 people

To ensure freshness, these cakes should be refrigerated within an hour of pick up.   Let them stand at room temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.

Pies

(pumpkin,chocolate/coconut/lemon cream, key lime, cheesecake)

All of these desserts should be refrigerated within an hour of pick up.

They all contain dairy and should be served directly from the refrigerator.

(berry, apple, pecan)

These pies can be kept at room temperature for up to 12 hours.  We suggest refrigerating them overnight to enhance their freshness.

We don’t use any preservatives in our baked goods, so they will breakdown faster if left at room temperature for prolonged periods.

Cookies/Bars

All of our baked goods are baked fresh, every morning.

If they won’t be consumed the same day, we suggest freezing them.

Simply remove and defrost at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.

Alternatively, you can keep them in an airtight container at room temperature to help maintain freshness.

We don’t recommend refrigeration since that will simply dry them out much faster than the freezer or air tight storage at room temperatures.

Quesadillas

Lightly spray a sheet pan or pie tin with cooking oil.

Open up the quesadilla so it can lie flat.  Place in a pre-heated 350 oven for 10-12 minutes.  Remove carefully and let cool for a minute or two before proceeding.

Fold over, slice and enjoy.

Enchiladas

Add an 1” of water to a saute pan and let warm.

Add enchilada to pan and carefully slice down the center, just to create an opening, so you can add the salsa verde.

Cover with a lid and let warm over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.

Twice Baked Potatoes

Keep refrigerated until ready to warm.

Place in 350 oven on a sheet pan or pie tin that’s been lightly greased, to prevent sticking.

Warm 20-30 minutes until it’s completely warmed through and cheese is melted.  Oven time is dependent on size of potato.  Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Turkey Meat Loaf (GF)

Keep refrigerated until ready to warm.

Fill a sauté pan with approximately 1” of water.  Slice meatloaf into 1” pieces and place in pan.  We like to steam ours so they stay moist.

Cover and let warm for approximately 10 minutes.

Alternatively, you can wrap your meatloaf in a foil pouch.  Warm at 350 for 20-30 minutes.  Let cool for 5-10 minutes before opening pouch carefully.

Turkey Pot Pie

Keep refrigerated.  Your pot pie is fully cooked.

Pre-heat oven to 350 and remove lid and/or saran wrap.

Place on sheet pan and warm for approximately 40 minutes, to warm completely through.

Let cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
